Metro Hotel School didirikan di lampung oleh Bapak Chandra Wijaya praktisi bidang restoran yang berpengalaman belasan tahun di luar Negeri. Beliau Pernah bekerja Di kapal Pesiar Holland America Line dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Assistant Dining Room Manager.

Utk yg masih bingung sekolah apa yg cepat dapat kerja dg penghasilan dollar.disinilah tempatnya yg paling tepat. Di sekolah ini mendapatkan pelatihan dan prasarana yg lengkap dan yg paling penting murid2 akan ditempa oleh pengajar yg sdh sangat mumpunibdlm bidangnya. Beliau dulu angkatan saya ketika masih jd assistant dining room. Tapu hanya butuh 5 tahun beliau langsung menjabat sbg 2nd maitre'd.
